These reports have tracked the progress over time of functionality, use, evidence, commercial models, and demonstrated impact of the expanding range of digital health tools. The reports have been widely cited in peer-reviewed and other publications. Throughout his 23-year tenure at IQVIA (and formerly IMS Health), Aitken served in various roles responsible for healthcare insights, corporate strategy, and consulting and services.
